Evear - Extraction - Production

EVEAR Extraction has put into place powerful production tools capable of offering qualitiative, reactive and inventive solutions.

Our means of extraction

• Macerator : 3 stainless steel extraction units, one of which is rotative and has a capacity of 40 000 litres.
• Concentrator : 3 stainless steel vacuum evaporators with falling film.
• Drier : 180 m2 vacuum area put in place via 12 vaccum oven dryes with trays.
• Crusher : 1 000 kg lots pass through the bearing crusher.
• Spray dryer : 120 l/hour by evaporation.
• Evaporator : 1 vacuum unit with grater.
• Continuous Extraction : currently undergoing study and realisation.

Combined extraction

EVEAR Extraction, experienced in its ability to handle and stock material, is able to associate flexibility and speed thanks to 2 distinct lines of extraction, each independent and “multi-process“.

The power and capicity of extraction

The rotative unit production tool is optimised when handling industrial volumes : the tried and tested 40 000 litres macerator allows for rapid output at low cost.

Modularity of volumes

The capacity to handle modular production in our second extraction unit, made up of a battery of autonomous macerators, greatly facilitates the production of job lots, whether for research, pilot studies or industrial volumes.
